You will accomplish this by forming a relationship of trust and care with each guest, and crafting an experience that anticipates and exceeds the expecations of our guests. As a member of the service team you will create a positive work culture by personally exemplifying our core values internally with all colleagues. ResponsibilitiesInclude Learning, and maintainingknowledge ofall product offeringswitha deep understandingof all ingredients and preparations Consistently following fine dining steps of service with urgency, authenticity and warmth Being the voice of ourguests with service team colleagues,management, and the kitchen team Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and appearanceforyourself and the restaurant An eagerness to continue to learn and grow The right candidate will have 2 or more years experience as a Server in a fine dining, high-volume restaurant English fluency. Additional languages preferred, but not required Ability to think critically and make sound decisions in a high-pressure work environment. Excellent time management and prioritization skills and the ability to multitask. Proficient in using POS systems Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time Ability to balance & carry multiple plates, glass racks and or/glasses, and lift objects up to 30 lbs.
